RESEARCH:
Dr.Shurin's research interest is focused on studies of a therapeutic approaches on incorporation of low-dose chemotherapy into vaccine therapy. The main hypothesis is that low-dose chemotherapy might modify immunogenecity of the tumor microenvironment and the immonotherapeutic component might then target primary and metastatic tumor and induce specific antitumor immune memory.
